I can Smell The Apples! 1/13/2008

This is definitely one of the better apple pie FO's I have tried. Many of them I can't smell apples at all, just cinnamon and spice. If you are looking for an apple pie that is well balanced between apples and spice, this is a great place to start. This one does need a good 5-7 days cure, but is well worth it IMO.
