A vegetable oil that is produced from castor seeds and is rich in fatty acids. Castor oil acts as a humectant in soaps and cosmetics as it draws moisture to itself. It provides a wonderful glide to lip products. Sometimes used in Melt & Pour soaps to aid with lather. Typically used in soaps, lotions, creams and lip products.
