The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "GL Candle Supply" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
Thank you for visiting GL Candle Supply web site. This Web site is owned and provided by GL Candle Supply. Please understand that all services provided by GL Candle Supply through this Web site, including our message board and the sale of any products, are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. In addition, by using this Web site, whether by purchasing any products from our site or by downloading any information or materials from the site or otherwise, you agree that you will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined below and elsewhere on this Web site.
Minimum Orders
We do not require minimum orders for this site. We don't require a tax ID# or business license unless you are in the state of Texas. If you are in Texas and don't have a tax ID then we have to charge you tax. Pricing listed is wholesale and price breaks are given for larger quantities. If you are interested in larger quantities than what is shown, please contact us directly. Shipping charges will be added to all orders unless picking up locally, as well as any shipping insurance requested.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases and will do our best to assist in every way. If you aren't happy with a purchase, you may return it for an in-store credit towards your next order (excluding all non-returnable items as listed in the returns section below). We can't refund for any materials used in testing products. Testing is a necessary part of candlemaking and ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
Ordering
Orders may be placed by phone during business hours (please don't leave orders on voice mail), or you can order 24 hours a day from our secure cart on our web site. You can choose your payment option from our cart. We are not responsible for any delays due to credit card declines, check declines, or Paypal approvals. We will not charge your credit card until right before order ships.
International orders should be paid through Paypal.
Local Orders
Local orders can be picked up at our office during business hours. If possible, please call 24 hours in advance for pick up orders. We will accommodate you as walk-in also, you may just have to wait a bit for us to pull the order. We are willing to meet you at our office after hours on occasion, for rush orders, if one of us is available (please call to let us know your needs). All local credit card orders must be picked up by the person ordering, and the credit card must be brought in for us to scan when the order is picked up. All orders picked up locally, or shipped in Texas, must be charged Texas sales tax unless we are provided with a copy of your signed Texas Tax Resale Form at the time of order. Our store front does have all available items displayed, including our smelling station, for your convenience.
Credit Cards
The name on the credit card must match the name on your account, and the address must match the billing address of the credit card. Our merchant agreements do not allow us to keep your credit card numbers on file in our shopping cart or in the office. You will need to give your card number each time you order. We do require the CVC number on the back of your credit card in our cart for added fraud protection. This is the 3 or 4 digit number after your credit card number on the back of your card.
Checks
We do accept checks. All funds must clear your bank before shipment will be sent.
Terms
All order must be paid before shipping. We do not offer credit terms or accept PO's. However, government PO's are accepted.
Availability and Backorders
We make every attempt to keep all products in stock but can't guarantee their availability. Out of stock items will not be backordered. If any items are out of stock we will attempt to contact you by email or phone so that you can request replacements or substitutions. If we can't contact you after 24 hours, we will ship your order and you must re-order the items when they are back in stock. We can't be held responsible for any situation that may arise due to an item being out of stock. Special order items will require a deposit of 50% and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
WE DO NOT SHIP C.O.D. All orders in the United States, Canada and International are shipped UPS or US Postal Service. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the packaged order. Ground orders are not guaranteed by a certain day and will not be reimbursed for if late. Shipping calculations in the cart are estimated and adjustments will be made at time of shipment, if necessary.
We can arrange delivery by a trucking company for large orders - call for quotes. You are welcome to arrange for your own freight company pickup - please call to let us know. We do have dock high facilities for shipping.
Returns
Our return policy is meant to provide a high level of assurance that our products remain high quality for your use. No returns are accepted without authorization. No returns of Fragrance Oils, wax, wicks, kits, Stearic, liquid dyes or UV inhibitors will be accepted under any conditions. Packaging supplies, containers, labels and some accessories will be accepted if unused and returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in proper packaging. Unless this is our mistake, a 15% restocking fee will be charged in order to cover costs associated. In-store credit only, no cash refunds unless this was our mistake.

Payment
Payment is to be rendered at time of ordering. We do not extend net terms and we do not accept postdated checks. Payment is offered by using a credit card such as Visa, Mastercard and Discover, Paypal, or by mailing us a US based check or Money Order. Payments are accepted through a 3rd party service and we have no control over the services provided or acceptance of said payment. |
